Henry is a Level Four Junior Black Belt (one of eight to ever achieve that rank)

Henry began his training under his father (Marcus Traynor) at the ripe old age of four years old. More than a dozen years later he is now a senior instructor with the junior program at Buzz Durkin’s Uechi Karate School.
